How to use the template
Open it, replace the sample business and client details, type your line items, and set the discount and tax rate cells. Every amount, the subtotal, tax and total due recalculate on their own. Save a copy per invoice with the number in the file name, and export to PDF before sending.
The layout prints to a single page. Keep the notes block for payment instructions; an invoice without a way to pay is the one that waits.
Template or software
