It stays at $0 a month for as long as you use it within its limits: one user, one connected bank account, 10 invoices a month, 2 active estimates, 10 active mileage records, 100 MB of storage and 10 EazeAI requests a month. When you outgrow a limit you can move to Smart, Premium or Pro.
The count resets at the start of the next month. If you regularly need more, Smart lifts the invoice cap and adds a second user, and paid plans start at $1 for the first 3 months.
Not on Free. Accountant access, where your CPA or bookkeeper works in your books through their own free partner workspace, is included on Premium and Pro. You can upgrade at any point and your data stays exactly where it is.
Yes. Every plan, Free included, runs on the same double-entry ledger, so the books you start on Free are the books your accountant can take over later. Nothing has to be re-entered when you upgrade.
Yes. EazeAccounts has an official QuickBooks import: sign in to your QuickBooks account from inside EazeAccounts and bring your history across, prior years included.
