No. Eaze Free has no monthly invoice cap and no per-invoice fee, so you can send as many invoices as you need, each with a payment link. Businesses usually move to a paid plan for a third bank account, a second user, more estimates or accountant access; paid plans start at $1/month for first 3 months.
Not on Free. Accountant access, where your CPA or bookkeeper works in your books through their own free partner workspace, is included on Premium and Pro. You can upgrade at any point and your data stays exactly where it is.
Yes. Every plan, Free included, runs on the same double-entry ledger, so the books you start on Free are the books your accountant can take over later. Nothing has to be re-entered when you upgrade.
Yes. EazeAccounts has a built-in QuickBooks import: sign in to your QuickBooks account from inside EazeAccounts and bring your history across, prior years included.
