EazeAccounts vs. doola
Both help you set up a US company and keep it in order. The difference is where each starts: doola from formation and compliance, EazeAccounts from the books.
The short version
A closer look at the fit.
Accounting software that starts free, with bookkeeping, tax and compliance from a CPA team in the same books, after the formation is done.
Consider EazeAccounts
Best if you want the company formed and then run on real accounting software from day one, with a CPA team for bookkeeping, tax and compliance when you need it, all in one ledger.
Consider doola
Best if your first need is forming a US company, especially from outside the United States, with a registered agent, a US address and annual compliance bundled into one yearly plan.

When EazeAccounts is the better fit
The company is formed, or about to be, and the next problem is the books: bank feeds, invoices, bills, reconciliation and reports your accountant can use. EazeAccounts is full accounting software first, free to start, with our CPA team available for bookkeeping, tax and CFO work in the same ledger.
You expect to grow into payroll, multiple states or investor reporting. Advisory and CFO help are available when you need them, which doola does not sell.
When doola is the better fit
You are outside the United States and need a US company, an EIN, a registered agent, a US address and possibly an ITIN, sorted in one purchase. That is doola's core business, and its itemized add-on prices make the cost easy to predict.
You want formation, the annual state filing and a federal tax return bundled into one yearly plan, and your bookkeeping needs are light.
