No. The partner workspace is free for accounting practices. Client accounting software is billed separately: clients can start on the Free plan with usage limits or choose a paid plan. Premium includes CPA access; Pro adds advanced CPA collaboration. Smart and Free do not include CPA access.
Bookkeeping Essentials is $200 a month, $1/month for first 2 months on a 12-month commitment; Bookkeeping Pro is $399 a month. Payroll is $35 a month plus $5 per employee or contractor, with the first 2 months free, run by our team through our payroll partner. A business tax return starts at $500 a year for the federal return and one state, reviewed by a CPA before it is filed, with special pricing for EazeAccounts customers. We confirm the fee for your business before any work starts.
You can work with a CPA from the EazeAccounts network inside your books, and switch to another CPA from the list if the fit isn't right. Your own accountant can also join through a free partner workspace. CPA access is not bookkeeping done for you: monthly bookkeeping is a separate service, from $200 a month.
