Eaze Accounts – ACH/Direct Bank Debit Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Direct Bank Debit payment processing through Stripe (“Payment Processor”) on the Eaze Accounts platform (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enabling ACH/Direct Bank Debit transactions, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with the following Terms.

ACH/Direct Bank Debit Terms

1. Eligibility

• You must be a registered user of Eaze Accounts with a verified business or personal account.
• You must provide accurate banking information and authorize ACH/Direct Bank Debit transactions.
• Your account must be in good standing and comply with Stripe’s and Eaze Accounts’ policies.

2. Authorization for ACH/Direct Bank Debit Transactions

• By enabling ACH/Direct Bank Debit, you authorize Eaze Accounts and Stripe to electronically debit your bank account for agreed-upon transactions.
• You agree to maintain sufficient funds in your account to cover any authorized debits.
• You may revoke this authorization by contacting Eaze Accounts, but revocation does not affect prior authorized transactions.

3. Transaction Processing and Settlement

• ACH transactions may take 3-5 business days to process.
• Transactions may be subject to processing fees as outlined in our pricing policy.
• We reserve the right to delay or cancel transactions due to fraud concerns, insufficient funds, or regulatory compliance.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

• You must report any unauthorized transactions within 60 days of the transaction date.
• Eaze Accounts and Stripe reserve the right to investigate and resolve disputes at their sole discretion.
• Chargebacks or reversals may result in penalties, account suspension, or additional fees.

5. Compliance and Security

• You must comply with all applicable laws, including NACHA rules governing ACH transactions.
• Eaze Accounts and Stripe implement security measures to protect your financial data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your banking details.

6. Termination and Modification

• Eaze Accounts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your ACH/Direct Bank Debit access at any time for violations of these Terms.
• We may modify these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Liability and Indemnification

• Eaze Accounts is not liable for transaction failures due to incorrect banking details, insufficient funds, or bank-related issues.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eaze Accounts from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of ACH/Direct Bank Debit transactions.
